Doohickey Cubicle

Doohickey Cubicle is a project mostly based in Vancouver, Canada - made up of Alli Deleo and Francis Hooper and a handful of contributing artists. They build each blip, loop, whistle, and breath from the ground up out of their personal studio, where they record, mix, and master each of their tunes. Their sophomore album was released on Sept 6th, 2024. A third album is taking shape, with plans to release in spring  2026. The band is known for its creative and dreamy synth-pop, nu jazz sound, often incorporating projection visuals into their live shows. The duo has been active since 2017, producing music and DIY music videos with a focus on a creative and experimental approach.
