Based in Western Canada, VIOLET NIGHT is the artist name of Connor Daniel Pohl – a songwriter and producer building a world that stands firmly on its own. While the project is rooted in the complexities of the human condition, its sound is anything but small. By fusing indie-pop sensibilities with the grit of alternative rock, Pohl creates music that serves as a soundtrack for the introspective.VIOLET NIGHT has earned a devoted following by leaning into the “cinematic”, a quality reflected in top 40 charting singles from the albums ROSSO CORSA and the atmospheric depths of A N T I H E R O E S.Whether he’s layering textures in the studio or performing for crowds across the U.S. and Canada, Pohl’s mission remains the same: to provide a space where people can connect and “raw authenticity” isn’t just a buzzword, but a lived experience.
