Leave your house into the party nest on Friday, October 16 at Platform 9 where we’re switching up the vibe: cozier hang, more seating and more tables, expanded drink menu with both boozy and non-boozy options.

$20 online, $30 at the door.

9pm-2am because, tbh, we’re also tired and there’s no need to stay out late every time. Miss Sun might be setting earlier but the energy at nest will be rising.

We’re bringing you three incredible DJs who’ve been instructed to find a mix of deep house, tasteful pop gems from their childhood and teenage years, mid and downtempo grooves, some latin rhythms, and a touch, a kiss, of disco. And anything else they think might fit the vibe. In their vision we trust. 

We’re envisioning a gay/queer pub/cocktail bar where the music is gooooood and the sound system is great.

This is a ticketed event. For our first edition we’re trying to keep a lower price so you can all come experience what we’re building twig by twig. Your contribution helps pay for security, door, bar, and management personnel; artists, venue rent, equipment rentals, and party art/production. Throwing parties in Vancouver is expensive! That being said, if you’re low on funds send us a DM and we’ll get you sorted. A lack of money shouldn’t keep you away from a community. On the other side of the coin, we’ve added donor ticket options that you can purchase and pay it forward to someone in need.
