1 tsp fennel seeds
1 hot pepper (choose based on your tolerance)
1” peeled ginger (or a bit more) finely grated
1 Tbls paprika
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1lb cherry tomatoes (not big tomatoes).
2 Tbls red wine vinegar
2 Tbls sugar
