Join VAMS in celebrating local musicians with disabilities in our Strong Sessions Concert! The Vancouver Adapted Music Society (VAMS) is excited to bring back our Strong Sessions concert this summer! Come to the Roundhouse Community Centre for a night of entertaining live music, featuring performances that explore different genres and styles.

The Strong Sessions celebrates VAMS musicians and aims to demonstrate that disability is not a barrier to creating great music. The concert will feature performances by VAMS musicians accompanied by established local artists—offering a unique musical experience you won't want to miss!

There will be an ASL interpreter available. This is a dry event — no alcohol will be served.

Location: Roundhouse Community Centre Theatre, 181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver

Doors: 2:30 PM

Show starts: 3:00 PM

Tickets for this event are available by donation. The recommended donation amount is $10, but any amount is appreciated! All proceeds directly support VAMS and its programs to promote local musicians with disabilities.

About the Vancouver Adapted Music Society (VAMS): VAMS supports and promotes musicians with physical disabilities in the Metro Vancouver area. At Canada’s first accessible recording studio, the VAMS staff offers professional recordings, mixes and masters, and helps artists find live performance opportunities. Formed in 1988 by two musicians with high-level disabilities, VAMS shows that disability is not a barrier to creativity.
