That's right, Ten of them!  Weekday Sound Arts is a presentation of just about as diverse a spread of genres of sound art, outsider music, and noise as I can assemble in a five-act bill.  We run third Thursday of the month at Red Gate, and we feature neophyte, new-to-vancouver, experimenting, and established performers.

Our visiting performer this month is Spiritual Exit of Portland.  Soaring, crushing, cradling, an enveloping experience running up the west coast and graciously including us in their body of witness.

This also month brings us Tafony in proper!  Tafony stepped in a while ago to cover an open spot in a bill, and you will likely recognize him either from VanSynthMeet, Youtube, or his performances across the year.  Absolute modular wizard in a variety of directions.

We are also proud to present Mattesque once more, from whom I started building this month's bill.  Rich, immersive, the abstract made tangible, a brilliant artist.

Temple of the Moth, our homie from the way back, has new material in development and a rich stock of compositions.  I look forward to seeing what he presents in this performance.

Frederick Brummer not only makes the unmistakable posters for WSA, he will also be performing on this bill!  A polymath of synthesis, design, and improvisation, this will be the second time we've presented Frederick.
